Life taking a U Turn

Well coming to US and working for an Indian IT Company was always my dream. When I landed here, there was a feeling of achievement & being here itself was so inspiring to pump in more efforts. I still remember the days when I used to tell myself, Rohit few more days and it will work. Worked overnights, weekends everything I could do.. Especially the period last year between July and December was most challenging for me. Working four months almost every weekend and approximately 16 hours a day made learn the things they call in a "hard way"
I would never regret that, as I know the learning you get during "Crisis" situation makes you even tougher.
Here, I think the work life Balance is very good. The connectivity and overall way things work make you seriously think what's really wrong back in India. Why is my country inspite of having such an enormous pool of Talent still lacking in some basic infrastructure. From what I have seen in last few months here, is, the average intelligence of an Indian student coming from the basic graduation stream is pretty good to shine anywhere in thne world. The competition back home makes you really work hard every milestone in your career and makes a gentleman out of a boy.
Currenly, I am trying to soak in as much knowledge, skills and traits as possible. I want to i mplement those ideas coupled with my innovation back home..
Afterall India Rocks...
